Fourth Grade Research Projects

This web page is for fourth grade students, working on their research projects in the library. Students chose an influential person to research. Their final project will be presented to classmates in a PowerPoint.

You can see an example of a complete project here.

If you would rather take notes on the computer, instead of on paper, you can see how to do that by watching this video.

1. Begin by taking notes from Britannica School. Watch this video before starting.

2. Once you are done with Britannica, you will move onto Kiddle. Watch this video first.



3. When you are done taking notes from THREE sources, you may begin your PowerPoint presentation. Watch this video to help you get started.
Remember to refer to your rubric to make sure you include all requirements.



4. When you are done building all of your slides, you can make your PowerPoint engaging with Designs and Transitions.
